As every year, Talent Show 2010 had also created quite a buzz around SCM prior to the event. The show took a captivating kick off with a dazzling Red Carpet, where all attendees flaunted their chic attire.

The Show began with some hilarious dubbed videos of political figures, some juicy Shifa News including comical jibes at the college canteen, librarian, and the infamous Shifa Lobby guards! All of it got the audience in a fun packed frenzy before they even knew it.

The highly anticipated Awards soon followed, with the Best Legitimate Couple category rightfully won by Hiba Khan and Omar Shoaib of the Class of 2012.

The theatrical talents of students at Shifa were avidly displayed in a play on “Shoania” which gripped the audience's attention, but was subject to mixed opinions later.

The groovy band performance, with Asad Mehmood and Omar Rauf as guitarists and Moeed Hassan on vocals created quite a stir. Especially Dani California got the audience totally upbeat.

Through out the show the audience was fully charged, enjoying every bit of the show.  All the crammed energy certainly called for a sumptuous dinner later, which too, was as splendid as the rest of the evening. (by Amimah Fatima)
